We are a group that represents a wide variety of nationalities - Barbados, Jamaica, Hong Kong, 'Cockneys' from London and a 'Fen Tiger' from Norfolk. We also have members who attend Bunyan’s sister church in Great Ashby.

Some time ago, we felt that it would be good to get to know our Bibles better, so we set ourselves the objective of looking at one book each week, and  summarising it on one sheet of A4. Not too difficult for Jude, say, but a different matter for Isaiah!  So we now have a useful 66-page booklet.

Since then in our studies we have walked the route that Jesus followed in his 3 years of ministry, and followed the journeys of Paul.

We are currently working through Mark's gospel, one 'section' per week, looking for a theme and finding references to it elsewhere in the Bible.

As we have got to know each other better, we feel really blessed as we share our different thoughts and contributions, frequently being thankful for the sense of unity that we feel, at the same time valuing our individuality and diversity as we study together, pray together, laugh together (a lot of that), occasionally break bread together, and of course, share tea and biscuits.

We meet on Tuesday evenings usually at the home of Bob and Margaret Pryer and are led by David Clarke.
